Dear Prep 6 Families,

As we prepare for the first week, please keep the following important dates and reminders in mind:

First Day of School: Wednesday, September 9th

Please note that September 9th–11th will be half days, with dismissal at 12:30 PM each day.

Summer Work
A reminder that all summer work is due during the first week of school. Please encourage your child to come prepared with all completed assignments.

Textbook and Supply Drop-Off Schedule
In an effort to make the transition back to school as smooth as possible and help students manage bringing in their books and supplies, we ask that families follow the schedule below:

Wednesday, September 9th

• ELA textbooks
• Spanish  textbooks
• Personal school supplies (pencil cases, notebooks, folders, etc.)

Thursday, September 10th

• Math textbooks
• Science textbooks
• Classroom supplies (tissues, wipes, etc.)

Friday, September 11th

• History textbooks
• Health textbooks

Following this schedule will help make the first few days more manageable for students and allow for a smoother transition back to school. Please be sure that all books and supplies are in the classroom by Monday, September 14th.

Transportation Form
For safety and planning purposes, we are asking each family to complete the attached transportation form. Please be sure to submit the form before September 9th.
